So my goal for the month of February was to lose 3 lbs. My plan was to be there by today. As of today I am .8 lbs shy of my goal. Not bad considering but I was hoping to be there by today. I know that stress eating, stress, and little to no exercise were culprits behind not hitting my goal. The biggest problem was that I allowed other things to take presendence in my life that were not good for me.
