Well I headed out Saturday to visit my daughter at college. We went to the movies, and as always, I struggle with snacks at the theater. So I decided I had to be in control. I ordered a small popcorn, asked for only a drop of butter, which the attendant was very helpful and a diet coke. We enjoyed the movie and when it was over it was time for dinner! I told my daughter that I had to go somewhere I could eat healthy. After recommending several places, my daughter could not agree on a place. I took control and said fine! I will get you something to go and I will go home and eat. After picking up my daughters Fried Chicken to go, my husband and I headed home. We ending up stopping by a local seafood restaurant and I had steamed shrimp and salad. I stayed on track with my calories and still had my popcorn!!!!!
