Getting Back on Track

My twin brother has been here for 10 day and I have been way off track. I have not exercised in 7 days.
Today I am getting back on track with my food journaling and walking/running 3 miles today.
On Monday night I am attending a Tri-Athlete Swim Clinic. I am not a triathlete but I do swim for fitness. The purpose of the clinic is learn to swim more efficently. I have been working on swimming a mile non-stop. I am hoping to acheive this by June.
Once I lose about 10 more pounds I plan on starting the couch to 5k program. I have already walked in my first 5k but my goal is to run in one by the end of the year.
