I think my body is trying to tell me something. Thinking about eating French fries makes me nauseous. Eating anything sweet makes my stomach cramp. Drinking diet soda makes my tummy burn. So ... I am done! I am going to get back to eating healthy, drinking water, and moving my body. I am going to use the tracker here. I am going to increase my water back to at least 64 oz per day. To start, I am going to move my body for at least 15 minutes once a day and next week I am going to get back to doing my Walk Away the Pounds DVD. I've gained 50ish pounds and want them gone. I want to get back to 265 again. I can do it. I will do it. I am worth it!
