Missing my endorphins!!!

I have been feeling "OFF" all day long and was wondering what in the world was wrong with me!!!! Well I think I finally figured it out. I haven't exercised since Wednesday!!!! Oh my gosh!!! I miss those endorphins that make me feel better!!!!

Someone at church today pointed that out for me. In my head I was like "duh!!!" How could I be so stupid! :) She also said "You're addicted!!! And that's a good thing!!!" She also said "I LOVE your purple hair!!!!!" This wonderful lady is in her 60's!! God bless her!!!!! :-)

So yes I am addicted to exercise and I miss my endorphins. Without it I'm a bit lost. lol I feel OFF. Like something is missing. I can't wait for tomorrow! Zumba and spinning! My week starts again! It's going to be a GOOD One because I PLAN on making it a GOOD one!!!

    If I miss my daily walk or 3x a week Zumba class I feel off too. Exercise is a heathy habit you should not have to defend. That said, it's taken my husband nearly 8 months to join me on regular walks.

    Some of my "non fitness" buddies "friends" think being addicted to exercise isn't necessarily a good thing and I don't know how many times I Have been told to cut back even by my own husband. It's sad.
