Today i am writing my first blog, on because this issue is something that affects everyone and including myself. The last few months with Sparkpeople i have felt such motivation on looking after myself and has helped me in regards to realising that fitness works much better as a mood enhancer than food. And then that comes hand in hand to looking good too therefore feeling good too. Recently i had a personal issue that brought me really down and also made me start doubt everything .. my efforts, my positivity.. everything and also my thinking about eating. Suddenly i have been eating all this foods for that instant feeling of satisfaction with not long after feeling extreme guilt. Waking up the next day feeling like a failure. And the pattern follows. Lets find the courage and help each other .. we all know this feeling that brings us back to old habits. Positive thinking and motivation is all it takes. And yes we have issues that can bring us really down, but at the end of the day dont punish yourselves we all go through times like these.We can get back on track. I will from today get back on track with Sparkpeople, as this brings the greatest satisfaction and yes brings great rewards. Take care everyone xoxo

    I too have these days! It can be so hard. My biggest problem, I don't want to get off the couch! But today I did a 3 mile walk in the snowy woods! It was great to get outside. But I know I will be soar tomorrow! I hope you find your motivation soon! Best of luck on your journey!
