Ok week 3 was a KILLER!!! I thought I was dying, literally. Goes by really fast. This time I did 5 days straight and I really felt it! As I stated, it goes by pretty fast, so those days that I did not feel like doing it I knew that it would be over soon. I got up off my rear and did it. Which lead me to do another workout thereafter!!
I don't like the duck walks or crazy squat jumps but I did it. Funny how I felt like yelling at Jillian (never had that before)!! But each workout was well worth it.
Week 4 here I come (cringing)!!
