Breakfast
2 skillet eggs with canola oil cooking spray
2 slices Nature's Own wheat bread
1 tbs Country Crock Light with Calcium spread
1 c skim milk

Snack
Salad with mixed veggies
1 tbs Kraft Cucumber Ranch Dressing
5 Kroger brand cheese & garlic croutons

Lunch
4 oz fresh salmon prepared in skillet with canola cooking spray
3/4 cup of Birds Eye brown rice with tomato & spinach
1/2 tbs of Wishbone light italian dressing
