I think when my environment starts to get out of control with clutter, then exercise and eating healthy commitments start to crumble. I was hyperfocused on getting into new habits and quitting smoking, but my house is a wreck as a result. This is not good at all for me in terms of sticking with these new commitments. I think this is where I start to lose focus and give up on new goals.
If I can get my TH back under control and try to keep it that way, for the most part, then I think I can stick with the new lifestyle and goals.
