Day 1 of JM 30 day shred. 30 days is not that long! I just took my before pics, and I cant belive what I look like! Hopefully I will be saying that in 29 days, but in a good way. Feeling sore and tired. I really need to up my water intake and STAY AWAT FROM CARBS! I will be 35 in May and want to get all this baby weight off! I am retraining my metabolisn too. I took diet pills a few years ago and my metobilism has been shot ever since. Heres to me! emoticon
