When I got up this morning, I thought about skipping my floor exercises and going straight to my homework. There's so much to get done. Then I thought about SparkGuy and his consistency that I read about in The Spark. I thought about my health goals, and then I decided, why stop now? I can MAKE time for my health. I AM important. I've just gotta do it.
There will be time for homework with the 30 minute workout is over. Gotta do it.
