3rd day, no treats, no problem!

Still single mom until husband returns, Im managing, but this makes me really appreciate him and is a great reminder of how much easier/nicer it is when he is here. It's also good for us to have a little time apart, and miss each other. One of my goals this year is to take time to Be grateful for my blessings, and my family is my number one blessing. I do not take them for granted. I've been trying to focus on a "heartier" breakfast and lighter eating throughout the day. So far so good, ate a little too much popcorn but I haven't craved any "treats" yet (treat being basically any dessert item) so for that, I am grateful.
24 ounce green smoothie (romaine, celery, probiotic coconut water, chia seed)
Veggie egg scramble with bacon
Small amount potatoes
Biscuit w/butter and jam
24 more ounces green smoothie (same as above)
Tomato basil soup
10 ounce smoothie (40 calorie almond milk, banana, cinnamon, dates) YUM
5 cups air popped popcorn
