Ok my friend Diana has challenged me to a food journaling challenge.
I have accepted. BUT
I really do not like the food tracker here on sparkpeople
there are times I just want to write it down, I dont want to look it up and all tht. Im just whinging. I will go do it the right way......

    I'm not using the Spark Tracker. I added my WW Journal as an "Other Goal" to complete once a day, and I'm keeping tabs by checking it off after I complete it for the day.

    Of course, the only bad thing is that since it's a custom goal, it only tracks the streak by weeks. That could be a good motivator, though.

    Since they changed it I think that spark tracker is more convieniant - but I agree that it sometimes is too complicated - easier to just write it down...good luck anyway!

    Actually, the sparkpeople tracker is really good once you become a bit familiar with it, Why not try it for a while? You might end up enjoying it. I use it daily and is so convenient! Good luck!
