I did 45 minutes of strength training today. I prefer strength over cardio...alas it is not the answer to loss of fat. If only it was. :)

    I doubt if my legs would ever, ever get that thin! Strength training can be a good thing -- keeps your arms and legs nice and firm (butt too).
