All in all, had a successful business trip to the UK this week on all fronts.
As a general rule, I am not a morning exercise person. For some reason, just can't seem to get my body to cooperate...even though I still intend to make the change someday. However, today, I thought...I better get my tail out of bed and do my cardio before my flight because I suspected I would be tired after 7 1/2 hours on a plane.
And my prediction was correct. Sitting here now, pretty tired from the flight and wondering how sitting for 7 1/2 hours can make one so tired? But my cardio is done...so I don't need to worry about it.
