Starting over

WOW its been a really long time since I have been on here. I can't believe the changes the past few months have brought me. First of all, last year when I was doing really well, I had lost almost 70 lbs, with about 100 left to go. I hit a plateau that I never broke. Then I started a new job - a real, honest to goodness adult, 5 days a week, 45 hrs a week job. In an office - with nothing but women. Do you know what happens when you go from working out 2-3 hours a day, watching what you eat, to sitting at a desk, and eating chocolate your coworkers bring to work? Oh, you guessed it! As of today, I have put 60 lbs back on. Ugh. But me and my wonderful husband had a chat the other day and we are about to make some major changes in our lives: 1) of course we are rearranging our lives to include cooking healthy food and at least getting more active again. 2) we are actually looking at moving to a new state that promotes a healthier life style (moving from Texas where everything is fried, bbq, or laiden with cheese) to Florida where the beach and fresh fish will really help us; 3) we are raising our income so we can afford personal trainers again.

I have spend several weeks getting used to cooking more and making better choices. Yesterday was my first real day to completely stick with it and stay on track. I woke up with morning with acid reflux and a migraine. Detox rocks! But I took some asprine, made my smoothie and im off to the races.

Anyone have any healthy tips for office life?
