I had a hard past week. Emotional week that is. I think I was seriously PMSing hard. And with Valentine's Day. Ugh. Chocolate is the temptation of all women. Well, at least me.
I am back on track. Walking at least 30 minutes a day if not 45 minutes. I love my work walking teams. There is even a running group that I am hoping to build up to.
I have bands at my desk now. So during the slow times, I will slip one on and either work my arms or legs. No one thinks wierd of it. Our CEO has one of those pedal gadgets under her desk and works out before and after work. And she looks awesome.
My co workers have noticed the weight loss. Especially since I had to start pulling up on my pants. LOL
