So I have been low carbing since 2004, I lost 100lbs and have been able to keep it off. Over the last few months I have been finding that it is difficult to stay away from the temptations at work and at home. I was justifying eating chips and crackers and other carby stuff that made me fat in the past.
I stopped eating low carb and changed up my eating, I bought some lean cuisines that are quick and easy and at this time I cannot stomach to eat another one. They all taste the same and it is hard to find one that is not all pasta.
I am ready to get back to low carbing and I almost can't wait for the morning to get back on.
