Sugar & Fat....

Good Thursday Sparkfam! I have trying to control my sugar & fat intake & not doing too well. I gave up my favorite snacks for Lent. Now I am finding that cookies, cake & donuts are taking their places. To me though, Red Vines & Dots don't have as much fat in them as cookies cake & donuts so why am I choosing them? I guess I have to have something to lean on while I am giving them. I guess I am going to have to put them all on the back burning. Having one or the other seems to lead to a feeding frenzy for me. All these sweet buttery fattening snacks have to go!

In other news I got my workout in yesterday, step aerobics & Jillian. I am about to walk on treadmill after I blog. Have a wonderful Thursday evening!
