EATING OUT and palates

Thursday, February 23, 2012

So i have managed to eat out and not blow my calorie range . I have come to realize i am awful at preparing meals in advance and having stuff around the house to make in a timly manner. So i need to work on that. :( really kinda sad about not meeting my vegie requrements but least i didnt blow the days calorie range because of the lack of vegies. I did get extra spinich on my subway tonight and extra lettuce and tomato on my lunch. I guess thats a start.

I am proud to say i completed 25 minutes of palates and that has been for the last 2 days. I was shocked and amazed at how great it felt to do the core exercises that are involved in this stuff. Holy cow was tough. fact is......I DID IT! I called my friend and was so shocked i did the whole thing!

found a book when i was out shopping today. Eat this not that grocerystore guide. I think i was shocked at what i was putting in my body once i realized it. I found the book at sams club and i also go chicken and fish while i was there.... my family is less than thrilled. I have decided we are going to have one meat free meal per week. they are not thrilled at all. OH WELL SAYS THE with it! but ya.....i have made lots of good choices in my last week. I look forworward to lots of success. I am enjoying exercise and i am proud of myself for sticking with it. My body HURT.............but its a good hurt!

fun, love and prayers sent your way!
