Breakfast

2 eggs scrambled with mushrooms and onion, 1 oz low fat cheddar, whole wheat toast with 1 tsp becel, skim milk, and a glass of green tea.

Lunch

Home made chicken salad with onion and celery, lettuce, whole grain tortilla and yogurt

Supper

Chicken, rice, corn, salad, yogurt and an apple

Snacks

The rice cakes are savory tomato and basil....yummy!!
