Sugar Counts

Thursday, February 23, 2012

What A Unique Way To Present This… 4.2 grams = 1 teaspoon of sugar = 1 cube ! Someone ought to get an award for this. We know the facts, but this
Brings it into perspective quickly, doesn’t it? Each cube is a teaspoonful.

Now someone needs to do this with salt!

What a cool taste buds have really changed...especially artificial sweeteners are now SICKENING to me...even trouble with crystal lite...pop never an issue...good tip if you must...half your juice with soda water 50-50. Will give you a great ZING!!! emoticon

    Mary what a great blog!

Meaganne is definitely a 'pop - aholic' and does NOT drink hardly any water at all, while I drink water almost exclusively over anything else (as you know.....) I wish I could get her to cut back at least a little!

i really liked that sure does make you think about what we put in our bodies thanks for sharing . i too would love to see this put into perspective with salt. I find ways to omit salt when i can example picking things that are lower in sodium or by using fresh instead of prepackages and processed stuff.
