Things I do for me

Last night, I called my good friend Suzanne and shared with her the "3 Me Things Daily" strategy.
One benefit I realised than is that in doing so, my appetite is affected. I mean, I feel less the urge to binge at night. I even eat a little less. I feel fuller sooner than before. Somehow, taking care of me fills a profound need that food couldn't succeed in doing so.
I can also forecast that soon, I'll introduce back things like "exercising" or "moving" or "dancing" in my daily routine as something I would to "for me". Not because it's good life habit nor because I should do it. But because it makes me feel good.
Here's a motivation I can stick with!
