February Goals Update. March Goals.

It's unreal how fast February is going. I have absolutely no cravings for caffeine or sugar, two of my past two months' goals. This time around, I don't feel as though I'm depriving myself at all. I just satiated on both prior to giving them up, and feel soooooo much better now that they are not on my mind . (or in my body)
I've already started my March goal and into day 2 of no night eating. It's a lifelong habit and I've tried every suggestion possible before. Now it's a matter of discipline in not having snacks late at night.
