Kudos for today:
1. I posted a picture on facebook recently, and recieved tons of compliments!
2. A friend who I haven't seen in a while told me that I look like I have lost weight, my face looks smaller, and that I look beatiful! Don't you love friends like that?
3. Classes are going excellently! My students are learning, and I am happy at work.
4. I feel fantastic!
5. I learned another dance routine (to "Paparazzi"). I'm getting much better at dancing!
6. The core work is paying off in my abs and arms. After just one week of focused strength training, I can feel and see the difference.
7. I don't feel like a food addict anymore!
