Last day of winter Challenge

WEll I went back and read what I had written at the beginning of this challenge. The timing was very good, since I've had a difficult week; even gaining 1 pound. The last few weeks have been quite stressful and I'm finding it difficult to stick with my goals. Luckily. my friend Gayle joined sparks people yesterday and now I'm feeling refreshed and eager to go forward. Today I kept track of cverything I ate. I think I will go back and start with the basics. One foot in front of the other is good but sometimes it's good to look back, re-evaluate and start fresh. This weekend I will make a giant pot of vegitable soup and concentrate on eating only healthy none sugary foods for awhile. Well here I go again.
