I have recently become an addict... of Zumba, and of flash mobs. My daughter (14) dragged me to my first Zumba class a few months ago, and now I can't wait for the next class. And a few weeks ago I was invited to be in a flash mob (YouTube it if you're not sure) in my local shopping mall - it was the most fun I'd had in years!!!

Now my Zumba class is plotting a flash mob in the middle of our city's shopping centre!!!!!

AWESOME!!!! Can't wait!! Will tell you how it all goes!

(P.S. Oh, yes, and it even burns heaps of calories!)
