Back on track!!

I haven't written a blog in a VERY LONG time so I guess it is time. I haven't been doing very well with eating right & I have gained all the weight I previously lost. I went to my nutritionist Sat. & she put me on a diet & I will be starting that next week. I can't have any breads, grains, sugars & the only fruits I can have is all berries but particularly blueberries & granny apples. Because of the weight I put on & the way I look & feel I will do what it takes. The diet I am on is close to the South Beach diet she said!

    I am so there with you.... I have not lost any more weight for the last two years.
I am starting to exercise more and post my food every day....

    Good luck, with all your goals! i know you can do it! Bogging is a great way also to let go any frustrations you have along the way. Make yourself a vision board if you like with positive pictures and quotes about all your goals, weight loss and others and keep in it a prominent place where you will see it all the time.

Keep it up, you are awesome and can do it. just keep it in mind all the time why you are doing what you are doing and believe me it will all be worth it in the end!

Remember this is a "lifestyle choice" rather than seeing it as a diet..

    Just get back on that horse and whoop and ride! you can do it! I have yoyo-ed many times but each time I dont let "me" beat my self up about it! The nice thing about all of this is that "Everyday is a new day!" Start over guilt free! Look at it this way atleast you started over!
