3rd Day Miracle

Well following my TRX experience – The next day I was definitely feeling the burn… plus pain and soreness too. Well that is to be expected. That was some work out.
The next day I attended a ZUMBA class and followed it up with YOGA class. Now I have had YOGA in the past….but that was a while ago. I think a lot of my arm soreness is from this class. Those ‘Down-Dog’ positions can be brutal.
This morning (note that I could barely move out of bed and lift the comforters off – my arms were so sore) But I figured the best way to get through the soreness was to get back to the gym. I drove over in the wee hours and experienced my first Spin class …At times I felt like I was pedaling in cement, but managed to get through the class. Whew!
I hung around for the next TRX class. A different instructor and I liked the variations that she had in class.
My arms are still sore and I anticipate my legs to be sore tomorrow. The instructor did say to drink lots of water so I will be doing that a lot today.
Getting back into the ‘Gym’ scenario is not easy, but I’m committed to keep this up. So far the classes I’m taking are early in the morning and I kinda like that as I’m able to get home, clean up and do other things.
