No you may not be able to get in the workout everyday..
Or all the water..
Or eat all the right things..
BUT.. treat each incident as an isolated incident..it doesnt mean you should sabotage the whole day..
YOU have the ability to regain control and get right back on track..so keep on pressing ladies..
