Working on increasing my steps this week.

Well, I'm working on another increase. I figure if I can make it over 10,000 steps a couple of times now, that I might as well shoot for that goal as an everyday thing! It takes some creative moving on my part, but it's nice to know that it is not impossible.
Just think 2 months ago, I had set my daily goal as a minimum of 6500 steps! In hind sight, probably too low, but it was a goal none the less.

I am so blessed to have the support and encouragement of my teammates. Thank you to all of you.

My positives:

We didn't get the overnight rain/snow that was predicted. Which means the roads are not bad this morning.
I've got a new goal for steps this week.
It's a short work week and already it's hump day!
Learning to let God handle the big stuff and not stress about the small stuff.
Blessed with family and friends.

    Woo Hoo for you on your steps. I found dancing around helps increase my steps while having fun at the same time. Way to go!

    WOW, at this rate you will definitely be there way before me. At this point in time, I am not getting much steps in because of this darn cold, grrrr.
