Sometimes, we have to do what the body needs. We don't want to do these things, but our bodies love it. In my workouts I did more things. I'm doing me and that's what counts the most. Me! My personal health, and me. I'm fighting here, and I'm trying my damnest to save me. Why not! I have nothing to lose but the "WAIT" and I do mean. WAITING on things to just change one day. In order for your body to change, you have to put the work in to change it. It's not going to happen over night.
