I've been SO slack this fall and winter, eating way too many carbs. Now I'm 10 pounds heavier than I was end the end of summer 2011, but at least that is still almost 20 pounds less than where I was at this time last year.
So today I restarted the Attack Phase of the Dukan diet (with my slight modifications of approved foods):
Breakfast -- deviled egg (HB egg with 1 tsp. mustard)
Lunch -- tuna right out of the can, greek yogurt with Crystal Light powder
Snack -- freeze dried okra
Dinner -- lean lamb, oat bran, 1/2 c. 2% milk
Exercise -- 1 hr. ballet, 1 hr. Pilates
