I've been SO slack this fall and winter, eating way too many carbs. Now I'm 10 pounds heavier than I was end the end of summer 2011, but at least that is still almost 20 pounds less than where I was at this time last year.

So today I restarted the Attack Phase of the Dukan diet (with my slight modifications of approved foods):
Breakfast -- deviled egg (HB egg with 1 tsp. mustard)
Lunch -- tuna right out of the can, greek yogurt with Crystal Light powder
Snack -- freeze dried okra
Dinner -- lean lamb, oat bran, 1/2 c. 2% milk

Exercise -- 1 hr. ballet, 1 hr. Pilates

    Go for it! You can get it back together again, especially with eating light like that. Love the idea of tuna with yogurt. we can't get greek yogurt here but i can add some things to regular yogurt that i get here and eat it with tuna.
