Breakfast is scrambled egg whites and ham, with a half oat bran pancake made with Greek Yogurt, egg white and oat bran cooked in a non stick pan

Snack was 14 almonds and a low carb fudge bar


Large Sugar Free Vanilla iced coffee from Mcdonalds


Lunch was chicken salad on fresh salad greens and cucumbers and tomatoes


Dinner was asparagus and creamy Italian chicken
