So This weekend ....Yeah

I had an issue with my self keeping track of what i ate....because i got a little carried away and had more calories and carbs than i was supposed to . It was not like drastic or anything but i know i shouldn't have eaten too much of a good thing. I recently and i mean like two days ago started drinking V8 fusion and its completely delicious before i knew i had already drunk more than half the bottle in a day ... Yes it gives a whole serving of vegetables and fruit....About 120 calories a cup and 27 Carbs as well and you are still hungry for later. So i have to learn to pace my self and diligently start counting my serving sizes. Oh and I noticed that when i get bored...i kind of want to exercise more as just something to ..but i know my body needs to heal. Its hard waiting till the next day. But i guess its good being motivated and feeling like you want to exercise everyday
