Okay, so this weekend my boyfriend came to visit and I went completely off the wagon...I hadn't seen him in a month so my mind was totally not on calorie counting or eating healthily. This weekend was filled with late night snacks and "bad" food. I'm disappointed in myself, but I won't let that ruin me. I've learned to let go of my all or nothing attitude. So I had a few bad days...that's OKAY. I'm back on the wagon and counting my calories as of today (he left yesterday) so that's what counts in my book...the ability to come back from an off weekend and get right back in the groove of things.
On another note, I STILL don't have a scale so I have no idea of my progress...great right? I wish I had a scale to keep track of my progress, but at the same time I kind of like going by how I feel and how I look instead of focusing on a number on a scale. I think that once I hit 30 days I'm going to find a scale on campus though to see the progress I've made in a month.
