I've been in this place before...after not keeping track of anything for several months the weight has come back on
. So, beginning in early January I started swimming again 2-3 x per week. In mid-January I added walking one mile every day. I've kept up with that pretty well but no weight has come off. I was talking with SIL about what she was doing for Lent and it occured to me that the missing piece of the puzzle might just be that I really do need to keep track of my calories et al so I'm back! It worked for me before and so I'll devote the time to tracking my exercise and calories for the next few weeks and see if I can repeat the success I had before with this program. Reading articles and other's experiences was really helpful too in making me mindful. So here goes...
