Munchies today

Today is not a good day to be working from home. I have the munchies. I've not been eating unhealthy things, mainly fat free pretzel twists and 94% FF popcorn. But I have had a few too many Hershey Kisses.

I did Coach Nicole's 10-Minute Cardio Kickboxing Video today. What a great workout in a short 10 minutes! Wow! I also did 10 push-ups using the stability ball. I've got to get at least 33 minutes of fitness in each day between now and the end of the month to meet my 500 minute goal. It's doable. Hard for me, but doable. I'm going to give it my best shot.

Not much going on today. Going to do some running around after work. My birthday is Saturday and since I've signed up for a ton of rewards programs, I am getting tons of birthday coupons. Free meals, $10 off a $10 purchase. All kinds of stuff. Can't wait to use some of them!

    Hey, Tiffany--8 days left to this month. At 10 minutes a day you CAN do it! Even with a couple days off.
