My daughter and I decided last night to change over to the Women's weekends on our own plan. We will stay within the same calories for each meal eat our fuel and smart carbs. This way I can get a few frozen meals I miss (example WW cheeseburger or the garlic rolls from lean cuisine). I can also eat out once in awhile. I have eaten out 4 times since starting NS (going away dinner for my son, date with my husband...) and I was conscious of what I ate. I did smaller portions and ate a little of the appetizers just to try it. I still lost those weeks. I am pretty sure I can handle the weekends. I am eating out Sunday because we are going to see Wicked. I will be aware but enjoy my food. It tastes so much better when it is planned. It also brought the cost down to $214 a month. There are also no frozen foods with this plan but that is ok. I save $111 and I can have my favorite frozen meals on the weekends.
