So..it's been almost a year since I found out I was pregnant. Since then I've (obviously) had my baby. Being pregnant with her caused me to gain a little bit of weight. I'm happy to say that I've lost all but 10lbs of the weight. Unfortunately, I was still overweight when I got pregnant. I still needed to lose 19lbs. Last year I lost 21lbs in just 2 months with sparkpeople and I'm hoping I can do it again!!
My starting weight right before I had baby was 219. My current weight is 183, that's a 36lbs weight loss! Pretty good I think! So for now I've set my goal to get to my pre-pregnancy weight of 173. As soon as I reach that goal I'll change it to 145 which is my ultimate goal.
I'm really excited to get started!
