I agree with Lynn-Love-Life. Sodium is my biggest villan. I think I'm eating all the right stuff but that sodium creeps in and all that water you drink just sits there, making the scale go up. Good job for sticking with it and getting up this morning and doing a good workout. Also, kudos for doing your homework to try to figure out why you could be gaining. I know a lot of us get discouraged with the scale goes up and we forget to ACT. You ACTED! I bet you'll see the 220s before you know it!

Just stay focus, and keep on eating the right foods for your body. Advice, if you don't mind me leaving any.

Reduce your sodium intake.
Up your greens "carbs" to help flush the body & waste.
You can add fresh spinach to your salads, just a small hand full. Also, if you have a high powered blender, start making smoothies with a scoop of whey protein to them, one of those at midday will help with "over snacking". I snack less when I have one of these. Around 8 to 12oz. Use fruit, veggies, just drop great things in and blend well.

1/2 cup of mango
1 cup of spinach
4oz of coconut milk or water
4oz of fiter water
1 chopped apple
1 scoop of whey protein.
blend until creamy, now, this should make one healthy size serving, that you can break off into two -because sometimes you might have to add a little more water to get it to whip. Sometimes! And you can use this for post workout, snack, or a meal replacement.
I wish you all the best, and I know you can do this. Keep on pushing. You got this! emoticon
