It seems I'm in a stage of "half )(*#&", which means I don't seem to be focused on doing anything I know I need to do, well. I start by logging on, and enter my breakfst into the tracker system, then enter my workout, then I don't seem to go back.
I'm stuck in a rut and need a good shake up - any ideas for giving me a virtual or real kick in the pants, or another good wake up call. I'm in a haze. Not sure why????
