This is part of my last challenge for the Winter BL Challenge to write a blog of how it went. Well there were weeks I was super motivated and others I was not. I regret not being constantly motivated in losing weight. I find that not having a partner to go to the gym with is an easy way out to not going. Although I participated much more in this challenge than I have ever participated in a challenge, I did not meet my goal weight. I think I could have made my goal if I increased my cardio to more than three times a week. Although I did increase my strength training at the end of the challenge. So that is something I can work on next challenge. I really enjoyed posting (almost) everyday and getting feedback from my teammates. I especially enjoyed the challenge where we had to pay attention to who was next in completing a challenge, it kept me on my toes.

This being my first blog since I joined Spark is definetly progress for me. Before this challenge, I rarely even posted never mind write a blog...progress has been made! emoticon

    Woohoo! Can't wait to see you on the spring team! I feel the same way abuot participating and not reaching my goals. But progress in anything is a good thing, and your addition of ST is great. Can't wait to see you start reaching your goals. Keep us opsted on them on you blog, and I bet you get all sorts of great feedback.

    Oh that progressive challenge - I liked it but hated it at the same time. It's a lot of work to track down people who aren't around as much!
