Have u been doing anything to prepare for P90X??? It isnt a beginners training program so be careful not to injure yourself and take it easy ok :)...Its hard core but I know u can do it :)...
Good luck girl! P90X is great, just stick with it and really try to do the meal plan that comes with it (you can do substitutions to make it easier to follow). Also make sure you take your measurements cuz since muscle will be replacing fat, the scale may not be your best friend.. just speaking from my experience.. but P90X WILL change your body, focus on that!
