Day 1: Super-human mission complete (dun dun dun DUN!!)

I decided that it is going to take nothing short of super-human powers to succeed at THIS and LIFE at the same time!! After going a few weeks off and on lately, I've come to the logical conclusion that I have no choice but to find my cape, put it on(along with my big girl panties), and kick some butt! !(my own mainly...).
Step 1. Learn to go to bed at night dumb dumb....Seriously, what did you think would happen running on very little sleep and way too much work??
Step 2. Drink water. I pretty much quit doing this. I may as well have been drinking my coffee through a drip line....
Step 3. If all else fails eat fast food??? NO Heather!!!!!!!....AGAIN, what were you thinking dumb dumb??
Anyway, in all seriousness, I need to get a grip, and quit stressing about every little thing. I have gotten so much work done in my house this last week, and I have also been really on top of my preschool program with my daycare. The more organized I get, the more seamlessly things will run, but I really need to remember to take care of myself too. Is it possible to do it all?? Gosh I sure hope so!! But I have to try, because whether I'm fat or thin, this is my life, so I may as well be thin...or at least healthy, so I can enjoy it.
So as I was saying, day 1 mission is complete...I ate healthy all day, no snacking, pretty low carb, drank my water. I'm satisfied with that much. Baby steps right now..
