Pole Party Routine (VIDEO)

Monday, February 20, 2012

Here's a video of us practicing the routine that we learned at the Pole Studio on Saturday. This is after only 45 minutes of practice!
We don't look terrible but we could definitely use a lot more practice on the pole! (OK, I could use a lot more practice! HA!) emoticon

Susan, it was a serious workout! My arms are in decent shape, but I was feeling it in my back the next day! Yeah, holding that pole is challenging (As you can see, I couldn't quite complete/accomplish the 2nd swing called "carousel".)
I'd love to do this more!!!

And yes, next time, my hair will be down!

Fun!! Is it hard to hold yourself up while swinging around the pole? Are you going to try it with your hair down sometime so you can whip it around? :) emoticon (Wow, a lot of those emoticons really look like strippers, haha)
