This morning I got up and went to my new gym. I went to an hour long water aerobics class that went very well and everyone was really friendly. ( A little bit old) but really nice.
I wish younger people would go to water aerobics. I really have to be in there right now for my RA, and I feel a little out of place. But they were really a fun group.
Then I did strength training for my upper body. With all of that I had more Spark Fitness points than I've ever had! LOL!
I'm really going to enjoy this new adventure. Stay tuned.
