Yesterday, Shawn and I along with his cousin Randy and our friend Robby and Beth went to our friends house in bloomington to play World of Darkness. during the game I snacked on chocolate... I don't think I had a lot, but I know I could have done better. After the game was over every one that shawn and I rode with went to Taco bell. You know how hard it is to resist fast food when you're hungry and four other people are eating in the car? I didn't get anything at Taco bell, I didn't ask for anything. I waited til I got home and made me a cheese burger. :) I like cheese burgers.

This morning, Shawn and I did some work out stuff, about 20 mins into working out I started to get light headed and dizzy so we had to stop :( hopefully this isnt going to be an every day thing.

    You didn't say whether or not you had eaten breakfast before your workout, Rachel. Low blood sugar + exercise could cause the dizzies, so be sure you are eating enough to keep your body going!
