I knew the title of today's blog would grab your attention! It all started this past weekend, Saturday and into this morning (Monday). I'm sitting here at my computer, then just before breakfast, he came marching over with my jacket and earmuffs and said "ok, get off your *donkey*, you are coming for a walk with me---now!". "Uh, ok honey", I replied, giving a giggle. We took a 30 minute walk. Then next thing I knew, he made breakfast; oatmeal, scrambled eggs with the non-stick spray, coffee, and 1% glass of milk. Yum! For lunch, we had a turkey wrap loaded with lots of lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, and a small slice of pepper-jack cheese (he split one slice between us). For supper, he made a huge Greek salad, a particular favorite of ours. Oh, and during the course of the days, we drank water and MORE water.
He appointed himself as my personal coach/trainer. Truth be told, I started to slack off for a bit, he noticed and got concerned, and now, with the help of him and spark friends, I got back into the swing of it! I am posting some tunes that we exercise to when we're in the house (and this will really give our ages away LOL!!).
