1. Be Encouraging by visiting team members and friends I have almost lost contact with.
2. Try my best to stay in range with calories and nutrients. A challenge with an anniversary dinner and Fat Tuesday this week!
3. Complete Training Week #2. While this is for a 5k, turns out the actual March of Dimes walk is five miles. There was a mis-print on the brochure.

5. Do my best to balance: spiritual, emotional and physical
